Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective strategies to optimize sales of Quipper’s e-learning products
  • Establish connections in the Philippine education industry
  • Build and maintain good relationships with various private schools
  • Anticipate customers’ needs and expectations
  • Achieve net growth sales targets within agreed timelines

Knowledge, Skills,and Abilities:

  • Capability to develop sales/marketing strategies for the Philippine market
  • Must be self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge
  • Ability to work independently and with a team; flexible; and willing to perform various tasks
  • Excellent presentation, organizational, negotiation, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply market knowledge relative to competition, market share, and opportunities
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office, and has the ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to analyze trends and competitive programs in the education industry
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in e-learning industry targeting K-12 education institutes preferred
  • Existing connection and relationship with K-12 education institutes as clients highly valued

    Education

    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Education or any related course
    • MBA degree is an advantage

    • Open to freelancers and will be working remotely most of the time except for meetings scheduled in the office
