Admin Assistant

Our incredible client.

A virtual Australian based law firm, they provide commercial and practical legal advice. They are experts at providing legal services to retailers and FMCG clients. Their services include legal advice, contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution.

The gig.

You will provide support in all general administrative tasks, including using Actionstep (software you will be trained on), as well as MS Office, Outlook, and basic bookkeeping using Xero. This is a part time role and will require about 20 hours a week.

Who you are.

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Xero and MS Office essential
  • Knowledge of Actionstep is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • You must work efficiently and accurately given the nature of the work

Other stuff.

  • Rates: AUD300 – AUD700 monthly salary, depending on skill level and experience
  • Because this is a work-from-home postion we require that you have:  a noise cancelling headset, access high speed and reliable internet, updated PC (running Windows 10/8) or Mac and a quiet and comfortable work space.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
