Virtual Assistant

The focus of the role will be on Admin, lead generation, customer acquisition, CRM management.

Responsibilities

The role would include (but not be limited to):

  • Providing administrative and eCommerce support
  • Assist in the expansion of the company towards US and eventually in Europe
  • Management of cloud file storage
  • Management and update of task manager
  • Online or leads research
  • Management of CRM
  • Review of emails and identify appropriate action
  • Proactively source potential customers and build ‘target lists’
  • Typing minutes of meetings
  • Communication with team members

Skills Required

  • Very strong English communication skills
  • High level of comprehension
  • Strong administrative support experience
  • Previous experience working with an eCommerce site is a plus
  • Very efficient and organized
  • Effective at time management with high skills in multi-tasking
  • Proactive and shows exceptional initiative
  • Tech savvy and privy to a wide array of online tools and solutions
  • Excellent research skills
  • Amenable to working from 4pm to 8pm Melbourne (2pm to 6pm PHT)

Home Based Requirements:

  • Fast and reliable wired DSL internet connection of not less than 5mbps
  • Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
  • Updated computer (pc or laptop) and excellent quality microphone, and headset.
