We need results-driven Telemarketers and Appointment Setters to work during Manila hours. We are looking for a passionate team leader to grow our telemarketing/ telesales team and outperform given KPIs.
– Successfully set appointments within our institutional target markets including industry associations.
– Ensure the success of the telemarketing campaigns by achieving KPIs;
– Proactively find ways to optimize our sales process. Big opportunity to set up and head telesales teams;
– Contributes creative and new ideas/strategies to win new clients and markets.
– Leadership track record in previous employment is a must! Include certificates, awards, citations received.
– Demonstrated knowledge of end to end sales process;
– Experience or similar work in financial services and dealing with banks and large corporations is a plus;
– Communicates with confidence, enthusiasm, and optimism using vebal and written media.
– Achiever, results-oriented, and experience in developing positive relationships with clients;
– Fluent English and excellent communication skills;
– Resilient personality;
– Ability to work well, both independently and collaboratively;
– Ability to work with constructive criticism for personal improvement and the furtherance of company goals
– Knowledge using Pipedrive CRM is a Plus
*Working Schedule: Philippine Regular Business Hours
– This is a part-time project scheduled Mon-Fri, that may develop into a full-time engagement; Candidate must be located in the Philippines.
