Regarding this opportunity, we are looking for a talent Recruiter to join the journey!


You will be responsible for:

+ Develop with hiring manager creative sourcing strategies to recruit high quality candidates.

+ Pro-actively source, screen, recruit and attract top performing and experienced world-class talent.

+ Proactively build a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.

+ Shortlisting candidates and sending application to recruiter seniors and hiring Manager.

+ Provide support to the recruiting process including posting positions, coordinating interviews/travel, drafting offer letters, coordinating background and reference checking process.

+ Interview candidates
+ Collaborate across the business to develop a consistently strong candidate experience that represents our corporate values.
+ Develop and Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

+ Keep constant communications trough the differents tools we use (Recruitee, Asana, Slack, Email).


+ Extensive Experience recruiting Digital Marketing positions.

+ At least 5 years of proven experience in similar jobs.

+ Strong English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken (This is a mandatory requirement).

+ Highly analytical and results driven.

+ Full time availability (40+ hours per week – UYT)


+ Strong organizational skills.

+ Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role.
