About the Client
Our client is a NYC’s largest and most trusted For Sale By Owner and Buyer Agent Commission Rebate company helping buyers and sellers save money.
- Send documents to customers for e-signature using www.hellosign.com.. The workmate would input customer information (name, property address, etc.) into the template documents in the client’s account and send to 3rd parties for e-signature.
- Upload listing information (price, description, photos, floor plan, real estate taxes, etc.) into a real estate listing software, using the information that will be provided.
- Update listings in the real estate listing software, using information supplied by customers.
- Contact homeowners on specific internet websites using template messages the client will provide. Text owners using www.line2.com VOIP system using message templates provided.
- Social media postings on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin using images the client will provide.
- May have the workmate interface with the customer by responding to tickets in a system like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- 2 to 3 years experience in Administrative Support
- Has a good background in Real Estate
- Good working knowledge in Social Media Management
- Familiar with any real estate listings software and CRM tools
- Ability to multi-task within the time frames and prioritize tasks
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skill
- Technology savvy: able to learn new systems and software easily
Home Based Requirements:
- Fast and reliable wired DSL internet connection of not less than 5mbps
- Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
- Updated computer (pc or laptop) and excellent quality microphone, and headset.
