Live Chat Agent (work from home)

We are hiring Live Chat Agents to help visitors on our clients’ websites.

HELPFLOW is a provider of Website Live Chat Services for businesses in the US, Canada and more.

We chat with our clients’ website visitors to answer questions, help them place their orders or turn them into leads.


  • Provide world class service to Helpflow visitors by offering a consistent live chat support service
  • Attend to inbound chats in accordance with standard operating procedures


  1. Must be Philippines based
  2. A stable internet connection (DSL, Broadband or Fiber) with minimum of 5 Mbps download/upload speed and a backup internet connection.
  3. Computer literate – proficient with MS Office, Google chrome and Zoom/Skype
  4. Minimum Computer requirements:
  5. CPU: Quad Core 2.5+ GHz CPU (the higher the better)
  6. RAM: 8GB + (the higher, the better)
  7. DUAL Monitor: Native screen resolution must be 1920p x 1080p or higher
  8. Headset w/ Mic (for team meetings & 1:1 calls)
  9. Webcam (for team meetings & 1:1 calls)
  10. External Keyboard and Mouse (if you’re using a laptop you need to get a mouse and a keyboard
  11. MS Office installed (365 or version 2010 and up)
  12. Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher
  13. Excellent written communication skills
  14. Strong customer service orientation
  15. Able to work on a shifting schedule but predominantly during US business hours
  16. At least 1 year of call center experience in CS or Tech accounts
  17. Team Player
  18. Computer Savvy
  19. Fast Learner
  20. Enjoys and committed to helping people


  • We don’t have a “part-time” position open yet. This is a full-time role.
  • You will start at 20-30 hours per week but it will gradually increase as you learn our core processes and depending on your overall performance.
