XERO Bookkeeper and Administrative Support (Part Time – Morning Shift)

Part-time 20 hours per week
Up to Php 25,000 take home pay
10:00am – 2:00pm PHT Work Schedule

About the Role:

As the Bookkeeper, you will be responsible in managing accurate financial reporting and general accounting. Specifically, your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Invoicing
  • Payroll preparation
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Supplier payments
  • Book reconciliation
  • Coordinate with clients about payment reminders and outstanding dues
  • Assist the workforce about payroll desputes and other pay related concerns
  • Work on other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Solid XERO Bookkeeping experience for at least 3 years
  • XERO Certification will be advantageous
  • Excellent English communication skills and comprehension
  • With keen attention to detail and has reliable analytical skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Working competency with administrative support tasks
  • Highly organized
  • Independent, self-sufficient, and highly resourceful
  • Values integrity and reliability
  • Has good initiative to keep the client abreast at all times

Home Based Requirements:
