Virtual Assistant (Part Time – Morning Shift | Au)

Part-time 20 hours per week
Up to Php 18,000 take home pay
Flexible between 6:00am – 2:00pm PHT Work Schedule

About the Role:

Our client based in Australia is a seasoned Digital Marketing Expert who provides actual digital marketing services and training workshops and resources for those who aspire to be a Digital Marketing professional. She is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Virtual Assistant with excellent organizational and administrative skills preferably someone who has worked within the digital marketing and/or training/educational fields previously.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries on time or in real time from students or potential students (online/via email)
  • Provide information to inquiring students about training and other related activities
  • Confirm number of students or participants and create a list of their names for pre event supply to trainer, and post event/training follow up
  • Assist in figuring out new systems that will help the daily operations/tasks
  • Assist in canvassing or scouting for logistics for the trainings or workshops – food, material (AVP), location/venue, materials are updated (date/time/topic)
  • Manage follow up or post workshop emails/surveys to check on participants
  • Manage and ensure that email templates are updated or customized
  • Tweak and update previous postings on Social Media sites – IG/Twitter
  • Find new people in Social Media to follow
  • Ensure that the CRM is updated regularly with student details
  • Eventually, assist in creating and producing training videos, including transcription
  • Proofreading/formatting training documents and presentations (MS Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Utilize the following tools for daily operations: Dropbox, MS Word, Excel and PPT
  • Data entry and research
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Skills Required:

  • Has solid years of administrative experience in a related or equivalent role ideally, with digital marketing and training industry experience
  • Has strong English communication skills, both oral and written with a high level of comprehension
  • Excellent time manager and multi-tasker
  • Tech savvy and familiar with some social media tools like SproutSocial
  • Highly proficient in using Dropbox and Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Skilled in managing different social media platforms
  • Digital Marketing background with website editing skills is a huge advantage (WordPress)
  • Experience in providing trainings is a big plus
  • Detail oriented and highly organized

Home Based Requirements:

  • Fast and reliable wired DSL internet connection of not less than 5mbps
  • Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
  • Updated computer (pc or laptop) and excellent quality microphone, and headset.
