Support Specialist

Job description

Esanjo has a single HQ location out of Dubai, with the rest of the team spread out globally, remotely. As a Support Specialist, you will:

1. Help build and manage our Support processes
2. Compose emails and be able to chat with frightening accuracy
3. Respond to tweets at the speed of sound
4. Manage other support related queries coming through social media
5. Work closely with the Operations Team
6. Be flexible with your working week
7.Have regular opportunities for career growth.

Requirements
A Support Specialist should:

1. Ideally have previous experience working in customer support in a similar field

2. Ideally have worked in a start-up environment

3. Understand what good customer service is

4. Have the ability to think strategically

5. Be able to wield a keyboard with unerring accuracy

6. Possess excellent written and verbal skills in English. Arabic will score you a ton of extra points. Being trilingual would be –> incredible

7. Be comfortable with flexible working hours

8. Be able to work and manage a remote team

9. Deliver no matter what it takes

10. Be lots of fun to work with!
