Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant (Part Time – Morning Shift | New Zealand)

Part Time 20 Hours per week role
Starting Php 17,000 Per Month take home pay
Work Schedule is from 6:00am to 10:00am PH Time, Monday to Friday

About the Company:

The client runs a foot clinic in Auckland New Zealand. She is on the lookout for an Assistant to work with her and support her Digital Marketing requirements and administratively in terms of keeping her and her business affairs organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all social networking accounts, including content, pictures, regular posting etc.
  • Support the management of the accounts on search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing)
  • Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and provide an update to the client to adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Research on topics as advised by client
  • Perform general administrative support functions such as;
  • Booking appointments and managing schedules
  • Taking phone calls for the client
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as delegated by client

Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experienced in creative writing and editing of content
  • Equipped and willing to perform general administrative support tasks
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • It would be an advantage to have the skills, knowledge and experience in the following areas: inbound
    marketing techniques, tools and strategy, SEO, Adwords, Google Ads and Marketing analytic
    Highly proactive, efficient time management skills and creative
  • Dedicated, hardworking and can think out of the box/provide suggestions on what materials can be
    done using the current content
  • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo) is preferred
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Highly initiative and engaging in social media
  • Can do Web research
  • Can start immediately
