Sales and Admin Assistant (Part Time – Morning Shift | AU)

  • Part-time 20 hours per week
  • Starting salary of 15,000 PHP take-home pay per month
  • Within 8:00 am – 6 pm PH time

About the Role

Our client is a town planning and urban design company. They are looking for a Sales and Admin Assistant to help them grow their business.


  • Manage Sales Force CRM and maintain data relating to leads and contacts in the pipeline
  • Efficiently transcribe data from PDF into Salesforce within a reasonable timeframe
  • Transcribe exported data about event attendees from Excel files into Salesforce once a week
  • Add data each week from new attendees and call new attendees to confidently ask a few questions
  • Register call backs for every prospect when applicable
  • Complete daily call back scheduled
  • Data from all calls must be input into Salesforce after each call
  • Call and schedule meetings post event with the attendees that have indicated they would like to meet
  • Make warm calls to people we know through events or existing networks
  • Conduct pre-event call to attendees (about 50 people, but this will be broken down weekly)
  • Make post-event calls those who actually attended the event (about 30 people, these people
  • have indicated they want to be called) based on a provided script for each call and some
  • background information on who you’ll be calling
  • Arrange for an appointment with a dedicated Specialist internally should the attendees want
  • to have a more thorough discussion
  • Prepare weekly and monthly summary of calls made based on logs collected
  • Maintain and improve job knowledge and share relevant market/industry insights with Smart
  • Business Design Management Team
  • Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner in all dealings with prospects and clients
  • Treat all other employees with respect and integrity.
  • Comply with all reasonable instruction from management.

Skills Required:

  • 3 years work experience in a relevant or related position
  • Wide Sales and Sales Support background is a huge plus
  • High level of administrative support competency is required
  • Adept at maintaining relationships
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in word
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Telemarketing experience preferred but not required
  • Strong phone manners with good customer service orientation
  • Capacity to build and maintain rapport with clients
  • Resourceful, independent and has good initiative
  • Excellent command of MS Office Applications – Word, Exel and Powerpoint

  • Fast and reliable DSL internet connection of not less than 5 mbps
  • Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
