Global Account Manager (per project, remote)

Wings4U is a global, 100% remote B2B marketing agency. We’re searching for Global Account Manager able to develop relationships with key clients, anticipate their needs and support them with business development.

Strong candidates will have agency experience building relationships with several accounts, preparing business briefs, pitch decks, collaborating with marketing experts to ideate and develop marketing campaigns and programs, and an ability to work within a remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business and account growth strategies while meeting day-to-day goals in a remote office without supervision
  • Act as the team lead and main client advocate, ensuring service delivery excellence
  • Use B2B marketing experience and creativity to help the team develop innovative ideas and market-leading service
  • Be directly responsible for sales goals and account KPIs
  • Develop proposals and pitch decks for clients, aligned with their objectives, challenges and key success metrics (immediate and long-term)
  • Nurture relationships with active and passive clients, strive for upsell, cross-sell opportunities and new business
  • Continuously innovate own approach and contribute towards service innovations, in consideration to feedback from clients and industry trends

Must have skills:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in B2B sales, business development role (ideally marketing), with a proven track record of business growth
  • High regard of colleagues and clients alike (testimonials from clients are always welcome!)
  • HubSpot inbound marketing certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience presenting and leading conversations
  • In-depth understanding of marketing and sales alignment – smarketing
  • Strong English, verbal and written
