Your responsibilities will include …

– solving problems and answering questions in a timely and professional manner through live chat and email via Intercom

– Helping customers process their orders and returns/replacements

– Escalating bugs and product issues to tech team if necessary

– Providing great customer service that will help potential leads convert into paying customers

– Generating templated email and chat responses to common questions and inquiries

– Collaborating with Head of CS to help develop Help Centre

– Gathering user feedback and feature suggestions of customers

We’re excited to have you because you have …

– Minimum 3 years of working experience in the support industry

– A passion of making people happy or providing the best support

– Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

– The ability to multitask and efficiently manage your time to focus

– The best troubleshooting skills in identifying complicated issues

Bonus/nice to have …

– Knowledge about Shopify / WooCommerce

– Have used Intercom or similar messaging platforms
