Account Manager (Manila-based Remote)

  • Able to handle top notch clients’ accounts with utmost attention
  • Communicating on the phone and using screen sharing software with English speaking clients
  • Being the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients’ accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers( Custom Site Requests)
  • Delegating Tasks or Project to Team members
  • Answering client queries and ensuring clients’ accounts are well taken care of
  • Liaising with cross-functional internal teams including the customer service team and the website design project team to improve the entire customer experience

We have a work from home team based in Manila for our U.S operations that are mainly doing website design and development work as well as some customer support and marketing operations work. The team is well trained and using our project management software to keep everything updated.  We currently have 9 team members and plan on growing the team further. We are seeking a FULL TIME ACCOUNT MANAGER who is based in Manila (can work from home) that can help us keep track of all of our clients’ accounts and provide stronger external client communication and internal reporting for us on all our different projects. This person would also help manage individual team members’ work and be responsible for ensuring the work individuals on the team are completing is efficient and of a very high quality. The right candidate must also be very strong with spreadsheets and reporting so we can have complete transparency and confidence into all aspects of these projects.


Work Hours: 9am-6pm PST

Work duration: Long Term

Rate: Competitive rate, depending on experience


  • Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Must have Project Management experience
  • Had an Experience on CMS such as Squarespace, Wix or WordPress
  • Project Management with an advertising agency is a plus
  • Must have Account/Project Management experience and be an experienced, confident, and diligent problem solver
  • Must be hard working and pro-active
  • Must have flexibility to meet team members in-person at least once a month
  • Must be able to start ASAP

System Requirements: 

  • Processor should be 1ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
  • Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature
  • At least 10 mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
  • strictly no USB Sticks allowed for back up ISP
