Customer Support Phone Representative

Ylopo is looking for a Customer Support Phone Representative to join our Manila team to work alongside our US operations group. Primary responsibilities will include: answering inbound phone calls for our support and sales teams, making outbound calls to reach out to clients with missing information that is needed for new client onboarding, properly documenting information related to the calls, and communicating with our Account Managers and Technical Support Team members regarding client issues.  There will be instances wherein the team member might need to answer tickets depending on their bandwidth for the day.
