We are looking exclusively for a top-performing Account Executive to help kick-start our Sales team.
You’ll be entering a brand-new Sales team. We have far too many leads to handle. Our new CRM is thirsty for pipeline, and you’ll be helping us make it overflow.
You’ll sell the Premium plan to inbound leads, drive your own outbound prospecting, and expand existing accounts. You will assist defining, building and monitoring repeatable and scalable processes for upselling Toggl to 20 – 2,000 user teams on the Premium plan.
We have great cross-team alignment. Our stellar Marketing team will provide ample leads. Product teams will give you strong support for proactively improving user experience and conversion rates as well.
The salary for this position is $60,000 USD annually.

You will succeed in this role if you have a results-driven mindset and a strong drive to achieve goals. You have at least 3 years of experience with closing deals on the scale of at least 10k$, preferably in a SaaS business. Fair warning: we’re not looking for “average”. The opportunity merits top-performers only.
You have strong executive abilities and are not scared of experimentation and changing direction. Starting new tactical initiatives excites you and you can explain your plans in business terms as well as create workflow specs for the team. You have excellent written and spoken English. Experience working remotely and understanding the remote culture is a plus.
